Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping (3–5 business days): $5.99
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
Subscribers receive free shipping on every order, regardless of order size.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be notified when it launches.

Subscription Shipments
Subscription orders are processed automatically on your billing date and ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking email for each delivery. To skip, pause, or update your delivery address before a shipment processes, log into your account at least 24 hours before your billing date.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please allow 24 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered slightly early. If your order is still missing, contact us at hello@fortedrinks.com and we'll investigate and reship if needed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control, but we will always work with you to find a resolution.
